About Us:
The
Animal Clinic of Regina was established
in 1952 by the late Dr. Harold Hunter. Our building, at the corner of
Garnet St. and Saskatchewan Dr., has been a distinctive Regina landmark
since it was built by the Regina Trading Company in 1924. The building
housed horses for delivery work, excavation, and pleasure riding up until the
mid 1960's.

Major renovations to begin the 1970's coincided with a shift to "small
animal practice only." While
the appearance of the building and the practice's focus has changed, Dr.
Hunter's original emphasis on service has not. Our walk-in
philosophy and seven-day-a-week hours are a reflection of that. Our
goal is to provide you and your pet with the best veterinary care and most
convenient and prompt service possible.
